given closely following the time expired command from the last relay.
Safety: The match director may change the course of fire based on prevailing range conditions.
RIFLES, EQUIPMENT, AND CLASSES:
1) .22 LR BPTR Rifle Class(Meets BPTR NRA Classification) iron or scope sights. Any Position including Bench rest*. Use of a wrist rest
requires the non-trigger hand to be between the forearm and the wrist rest. Bench shooters will use bench cross sticks or wrist rest. Those
using a stand or sandbag not as a wrist rest (hand between forearm and bag) will me move the unlimited class.
2) .22 LR Open Rifle Class(Bolt or other non BPTR rifles) iron or scope sights Any Position including Bench rest*. Any front rest is
acceptable. Load rifle one shot at a time.
3) .22 LR BPTR Unsupported Sling Class. Same rifle as BPTR with rifle to be shot with a 2 point sling. This is to simulate world muzzle
loading midrange.
NOTE: This is an any position match with the bench rest* as a position. Our intent is to keep shooters in the game as long as possible.
The butt of the rifle shall be supported by the shooter only in all positions. The butt of the rifle will not be grounded to the bench or the
ground through a hand. It must be held unsupported by the shooter.
*Shooters will provide and manage their own portable bench rest. There are some benches on the range they are heavy and not at all
shooting locations. Additionally, there is no way to know how many people are shooting from benches hence the reason a shooter needs
to provide their own bench.
NO EXCEPTIONS! OPEN BOLT INDICATORS ARE MANDATORY!
PIT DUTY: All competitors are required to perform pit duty.
