The 2027 Single Shot
Rim昀椀re National Match

Following the success of the inaugural event in January 2026, I
am pleased to announce that the
2027 Single Shot Rimfire National
Match will be held at the Ben Avery
Shooting Facility in Phoenix, Arizona, on January 21–24, 2027.
In addition, a Mann Target side
match, conducted by Greg Tryon,
will be offered.
The course of fire and match rules
will remain the same as the previous event. However, additional opportunities to compete in offhand
events have been added. Competitors who prefer not to shoot the full
50-shot offhand match may instead
enter a 20-shot offhand match.
As of July 3, 2026, 25 competitors have registered. Participants
from the 2026 match were given
the opportunity to register before
this public announcement. Registration for the 2027 event will be
limited to 50 competitors.
